The service scope
The written proposal identifies project work, hosting, model services, supplier accounts, management, support and responsibilities. Any paid review, pilot, migration or additional development is agreed before it starts. No fixed tariff or unlimited usage is sold here.
Information and access
The agreement names the information handled, access, supplier routes, retention, exports and removal. Specific residency, isolation, recovery or response requirements must be included and checked for the actual setup.
The reference map is not evidence that a customer system has passed those checks.
Charges and notice
Supplier usage and management charges follow the written proposal. No VAT is currently charged. Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; the current billing period is not refunded. Separate project and provider arrangements follow their applicable terms.
Ownership and handover
The proposal records which accounts you own, what is managed and how the service can be handed over. Project ownership and any proprietary or third-party components follow the written agreement and main terms.
Availability and AI answers
Support hours, response and recovery arrangements are agreed for the service. No uptime, emergency response or automatic hard-spend guarantee is made on this website. AI answers can be wrong; any assistant’s intended use, source checks and human escalation need to be agreed.
